Tai chi is a type of low-impact, weight-bearing, and aerobic – yet relaxing – exercise. People of almost any age or condition can learn it. Participate virtually through Zoom with Tom Wilkens of Dancing Cranes Yoga in Riverside.
Note: For privacy reasons, participants must arrive to class on time. Those arriving late may find that the class is locked and will be unable to enter and participate for that day.
